Appointments can only be obtained by a referral from a licensed physician.  

To reduce any delays, please ensure that all supporting documents are included with the request for consultation including all bloodwork, imaging, and previous procedure notes.  

We aim to see urgent referrals within 2-3 weeks, depending on the information provided on the referral. Less urgent referrals can take up to 8 weeks, and occasionally longer. Our office will contact patients directly to arrange appointments. Once booked, the appointment date and time will be sent back to the referring physician.  

For patients referred through the Emergency Department, our office will contact you directly to book an appointment. If you have not heard from our office within 2 weeks of your Emergency Department visit, please call our office.
